The Money Factory Redemption Issues: Expect a 72 Hour Wait Period

The Money Factory is a social casino that allows customers to play using virtual casinos.  Purchases will eventually require real money but the opportunity for a significant payout does exist.  We should note that traditional real money online casinos are more straight forward in that deposits are made using actual funding methods like credit cards or bitcoin.  Payouts can be lightning fast.  Slotland actually has a no deposit bonus for Gambling911.com readers - $40 No Deposit Bonus + 250% Match Bonus.

AskGamblers recently highlighted this complaint from a gambler having difficulties claiming a $400,000 payout from the Money Factory.

"I won a grand jackpot of $400,000 on the Money Factory on February 1. 6 days prior to that I had submitted a withdrawal of $6000 that had still not been paid out. In December I had submitted $7000 redemption and was paid out within 6 days with no issue. I submitted total redemption requests of $440,000. I was asked to supply multiple photos of cards for verification. I sent all cards I had used that I have. One card had been replaced by capital one for fraud concern, I no longer had that card but still had a photo and explained. Some cards are Apple Pay which are no longer active or accessible. A few of the cards I didn’t recognize at all, I figured out that one was an Affirm one time use card and supplied that information. Some of the info they are asking for just isn’t accessible or possible and they are stating they need it to pay the redemptions. However this wasn’t an issue in December for the 7000 payout then. I had no money in my money factory account on Jan 25 before I deposited and played and won. I do not understand why they are making it so difficult and essentially impossible to redeem my money. I believe they are trying not to pay my jackpot. They have posted my win as the number 1 win on their site.

"I have spent many thousands of dollars in good faith with the money factory. All money spent have been on cards that were mine or that I am authorized on. I am sickened at their responses. I need help if there is anything you can do."

It's interesting to note that The Money Factory tends to have pretty good reviews on Trust Pilot.   Still, there are redemption (payout) issues detailed here as well.  At the very least, The Money Factory is not the quickest when it comes to paying out.

"So far so good gameplay is good lots of good game great inter face but today is Friday Feb 7th have 3 redemption $500 $600 and $300 put them in today ill update when I get paid."

We here at Gambling911.com suspect that some of these sweepstakes casinos regularly post 5-star reviews made to look like they are coming from actual customers.  Not saying The Money Factory engages in this type of activity.  But to overcome the possibility, Gambling911 prefers to look over 3-star reviews.  Yeah, the one stars are often from folks with gripes who lost on the casino, so we do have to look at it from all angles.

Below we have a review from an individual concerned over the redemption process who did ultimately get paid.

"I have put in for a redemption and was told 72 hours. That was the 24th...today was the 27th. I was just informed it may take up to 14 business days????? But they have no problem taking your money 24/7 in a matter of seconds...I have a feeling they are not on the up and up!

"Update: I did receive my redemption....apparently it is 72 business hours....it's amazing how they will take your money 24/7 in an instant....but giving it back is not at all instant, that seems to be one of the biggest problems with online casinos!"

AskGamblers verifies when a complaint has been resolved so we look forward to updating when this occurs.

Do Sweepstakes Casinos Pay Out Real Money?

Sweepstakes casinos do pay out real money but one will be playing with virtual coins (also known as sweepcoins).  This differentiates them from the traditional real money internet casino whereby customers will need to deposit via their credit cards or cryptocurrency.
